Commercial French
In an attempt to offer present and prospective French majors new employment perspectives in the world of business and industry, the Department of French, in cooperation with the Department of Business Administration has developed a program which combines a concentration in French with appropriate courses in Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, and Finance.
Students in this program are given the opportunity of taking the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry examination on this campus with a view to obtaining the Diplôme de français des affaires, 1er degré (DFA-1).

- 4 courses in French civilization, French literature, French linguistics, or Francophone studies
- Approved supporting course work in business administration, finance, and/or economics selected in consultation with you adviser.
