Professor Dianne Andrews held a joint appointment at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in the Department of French and College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, where she taught methodology and supervised student teachers.
Professor Andrews is past coordinator of Foreign Language Teacher Education at UIUC and past chair of the Teacher Development Special Interest Group for the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL). She has worked with the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) on the certification standards for foreign language teachers.
